Job summary

Kent Local Medical Committee in Edenbridge is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our practice on short and long term contracts with flexible hours and a competitive salary. You will work as an autonomous clinician delivering high quality urgent care, with responsibilities including assessing, diagnosing and treating patients, and undertaking telephone triage.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (independent prescriber)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner, independent prescriber to join our Practice. Short and long term contracts available, flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Representing the whole town located within Sevenoaks district, we also provide cover into the beautiful surrounding villages. There are excellent transport links to London and the South Coast.

• To practice at advanced level, working as an autonomous practitioner to deliver high quality urgent care to patients.
• To take responsibility and be accountable in assessing, diagnosing and treating patients.
• To undertake telephone triage work.
• To undertake home visits to assess, diagnose and treat patients in their own homes.
• To work occasional sessions outside of the core practice hours.
