• Advanced level practice as an autonomous clinician delivering urgent care.
• Ability to assess, diagnose and treat patients.
• Conduct telephone triage and arrange appropriate care.
• Perform home visits to assess and treat patients in their homes.
• Salary is competitive and hours are flexible.
