Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our team in Bristol (Southmead area). This role offers a predictable, manageable workload with 15-minute appointments, including home visits integrated into your clinic schedule. Key Details

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,504 per annum FTE DOE (up to £31/hour DOE) + NHS pension + 6 weeks' annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study + Indemnity
• Location: Bristol (Southmead area)
• Employment Type: Part-time, flexible templates depending on hours/days worked

About the Practice

Our practice is a diverse, research-oriented GP training site with a large team including GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, and FCPs. We emphasize team collaboration, ongoing professional development, and excellent patient care, supported by EMIS.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct 15-minute pre-bookable, same-day, urgent, and home visit appointments
• Support patients in clinics, including home visits, not in addition to scheduled appointments
• Encourage and support specialisms with no glass ceiling
