Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is offering a part-time role at our Essex Hub, 32 hours per week, focused on telephone-based triage with no face-to-face contact. You will provide initial history, assessment, diagnosis and care, and work with the general practice team to support policy and care delivery.

The ideal candidate is an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing, and a minor injury/illness qualification. Level 7 MSc Practitioner or ACP status is preferred.

Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required. Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
• It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered. Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
