This role is ideal for an ambitious and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner capable of independent prescribing. You will streamline patient care by assessing, planning, administering treatment, and either discharging or referring patients to other healthcare professionals or external agencies, through primary care centres and home visits. You will also utilize our electronic prescribing system.
Based in our various Out Of Hours (OOH) services, you will work autonomously within your scope of competency as part of a friendly, close-knit, multi-skilled team that includes GPs, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and pharmacy advisors.
We offer this role as either bank or self-employed.
