Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSA) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) for long-term, short-term and day-to-day supply across primary and secondary schools in the UK. We welcome experienced staff and those developing their careers, with HLTA qualifications preferred for HLTA roles.

DBS checks required; roles offer flexible schedules and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or within an educational setting.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (for HLTA roles).
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across different age groups and abilities in classrooms and interventions.
• Contribute to a flexible, long-term or day-to-day supply model to match school needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
