Your Role

Essential Duties

1. Create and debug control systems for our machines and equipment using PLC and electrical circuits.
2. Handle hydraulic and pneumatic circuit challenges with confidence.
3. Guide less experienced colleagues when necessary as you install vital machine controls.
4. Disassemble, diagnose, and rebuild electrical systems, guaranteeing safety and performance.
5. Use blueprints and sketches to conduct complex installations and repairs.
6. Collaborate with group leaders to align daily targets with wider company goals.

Your Skills and Experience

• Hold an Associate degree with 2-4 years in a similar field.
• Proficient with computers for parts research and handling our CMMS systems.
• Physical capability to pass baseline tests, demonstrating readiness for the physical aspects of the role.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
