Job summary

HUC seeks experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (NMC/HCPC registered nurses and paramedics) with V300 Non-Medical Prescribing to join urgent and unscheduled care teams. You will deliver high-quality care across OOH and CAS with autonomy, triage, and a broad clinical caseload.

The role offers diverse shifts, including remote and on-site elements, and strong adherence to patient-centred care and professional development within a supportive MDT.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse or HCPC registered paramedic.
• Non-medical prescribing qualification (V300) is required.
• Autonomous clinical practice in urgent or unscheduled care settings.

Responsibilities

• Undertake autonomous clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment and discharge for OOH and CAS.
• Provide telephone, remote and face-to-face consultations with effective triage.
• Prescribe, review and recommend treatments within governance arrangements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate records.
