Keynsham Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work across the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research.
You will provide expert autonomous clinical care to patients across the full range of presenting conditions, performing comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and management in collaboration with the PCN.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Keynsham Primary Care Network, you will be a registered Nurse or Paramedic, providing expert autonomous clinical care to patients across the full range of presenting conditions. Working at an advanced level of practice, the ACP undertakes comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and management of patients, whilst promoting high standards of patient-centred care. The role operates across the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research, contributing to service development, workforce transformation, and improved patient outcomes.
Keynsham Primary Care Network (PCN) is a highly collaborative and supportive two-practice network, bringing together St Augustine’s Medical Practice and West View Surgery to provide exceptional care for a population of approximately 28,000 patients.
