NHS Wiltshire is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in Keynsham. You would work autonomously, managing patients in a primary/urgent care setting, with opportunities for home visits and ongoing professional development.

The post is up to 37.5 hours per week with options for part-time applications and extended hours sessions. We offer robust training, peer supervision, and clear progression pathways. Start date early October 2026.
