We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic with a background in Primary Care or urgent care, who is confident working autonomously and managing patients independently. We would be particularly interested inexperience or interest in home visiting.
This role offers up to 37.5 hours per week, part time applications welcome with additional sessions available through our extended hours service. We have opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and career progression. Facilitated peer-to-peer supervision sessions.
