The post holder is a Registered Healthcare Professional with an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and will practice as an independent Non-Medical Prescriber, working across UHNM and MPFT to provide

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
• Independent Non-Medical Prescriber with clinical expertise.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based acute care.

Responsibilities

• Develop audit and research projects within their practice area.
• Update departmental policies, protocols and guidelines.
• Coordinate a multi-professional service for patients referred through CRIS and Virtual Ward.
• Provide expert clinical advice and support to nursing staff and other health care professionals.
