OneMedical Group is seeking a clinical leader to guide a multidisciplinary primary care team in East Cornwall, Liskeard. You will help modernise care pathways and build long-term patient relationships within a Grade II listed setting serving around 10,000 patients.

Job description

As a clinical leader within our multidisciplinary team (working alongside GPs, Practice Nurses, Care Coordinators and Pharmacists), you will help transform and modernise care pathways. Located in the heart of East Cornwall, Liskeard offers the perfect blend of rural charm, rich heritage, and modern connectivity where you can: Deliver care in a historic market town that allows you to establish long-term patient relationships and experience the true impact of primary care. Enjoy the perfect blend of rural charm and modern convenience, with direct rail connections to Plymouth and Truro. The surgery has served the local community since 1874 from its Grade II listed building and is home to a dedicated team, providing care to approximately 10,000 registered patients. We also have exciting plans to deliver a state-of-the-art redevelopment of the surgery in the very near future.
