Job summary

OneMedical Group invites applications for a Salaried GP at Rosedean House Surgery, Liskeard, Cornwall. The post offers full-time or part-time options and a salary up to £110,000 per annum FTE (40 hours), depending on experience, with EMIS system in use.

Qualifications

• Must hold GMC Registration on the GP Specialty Register.
• Must be added to the Performers List.
• Post-CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a balanced mix of 15-minute appointments across face-to-face, telephone, and home visits.
• Provide patient-focused, evidence-based care for planned and urgent primary care presentations.
• Support MDT leadership to ensure complex and long-term patients receive appropriate care.
• Explore potential career progression within the OneMedical Group team.

Are you an experienced General Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking primary care team? At Rosedean House Surgery, we are looking for a dedicated Salaried GP to join our team.
Main duties of the job
Working as a core member of our multidisciplinary team (alongside Practice Nurses, ACPs, Care Coordinators and Pharmacists), you will help shape the future of a valuable local service that cares for approximately 10,000 registered patients.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Balanced Clinical Delivery: Managing a balanced mix of 15-minute appointments across face-to-face, telephone consultations, and home visits.
• Complex Care Management: Providing patient-focussed, evidence-based care across planned and urgent primary care presentations.
• MDT Leadership: Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure complex and long-term condition patients receive the right care from the right clinician.
• Potential career progression opportunities within the Group, driving primary care excellence across the organisation.
• Opportunities to develop portfolio responsibilities both within the practice and across wider group services.
