Job summary

OneMedical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic primary care setting. You will assess, diagnose, treat and manage a broad range of conditions, ensuring high standards of patient care.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time patterns, with strong support for professional development through Elevate Academy and pathways from induction to leadership. A diverse, inclusive environment is emphasised.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in primary care.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive care.
• Utilise EMIS system to document and coordinate patient care.

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work both independently and collaboratively within our multidisciplinary clinical team, using your advanced clinical and critical-thinking skills to assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with a wide range of conditions.
