Job summary
An exciting opportunity for trainee or qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to join our Ophthalmology service based in our new unit in Central Milton Keynes. The roles focus on Glaucoma, Medical Retina, Cataract, and Urgent Eye Care.
These key roles aim to support and deliver advanced care within our new facility. Our goal is to transform Ophthalmology care for Milton Keynes patients, aligning with national best practices for high-flow Ophthalmology. As an ACP, you will help shape the service across various ophthalmology sub-specialties.
For trainee ACPs, the post starts at Band 7, with assessment and monitoring throughout training based on the four pillars of advanced practice. We welcome applications from those developing their careers as ACPs and experienced ACPs in Ophthalmology, with a preference for subspecialty interests.
