As an Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working within a telephone and digital triage environment. You’ll help ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time—reducing unnecessary hospital visits and improving outcomes across the system.
