Job summary

Practice Plus Group invites applications for an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner role focused on remote consultations and triage. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering telephone and digital assessment in a Surrey-based clinical service, helping patients access the right care pathway at the right time.

The role offers flexible, part-time work with training and development opportunities across our ED&I and professional growth programmes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in clinical triage or remote consultations is preferred.
• Comfort with telephone and digital triage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultations and clinical assessment.
• Offer triage guidance and direct patients to appropriate care pathways.
• Support a multidisciplinary team in a telephone-based service.
