Job summary

SuperCare Residential is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Complex Coach (Residential Support Worker) for a Children’s Home in the UK. The role offers day and waking night shifts, permanent contrato and a competitive hourly rate (£18.17–£21.34).

You will support young people aged 12–16 with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a high-intensity setting. You’ll lead through practice, maintain professional boundaries and contribute to safeguarding, education and life-skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare or similar high-complexity settings.
• Ability to support young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
• Willingness to complete funded qualifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, therapeutic relationships with young people.
• Support complex behaviour, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
• Respond calmly in high-risk situations and follow care plans.
