SuperCare Residential is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Complex Coach (Residential Support Worker) for a Children’s Home in the UK. The role offers day and waking night shifts, permanent contrato and a competitive hourly rate (£18.17–£21.34).

Work within our specialist children's home, supporting young people with highly complex emotional and behavioural needs while building a long‑term career in residential childcare.
You’ll become a consistent and trusted adult supporting young people with highly complex emotional, behavioural and additional needs.
The home supports young people aged 12-16 with needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), complex attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, emotional dysregulation, self‑harmful behaviours, suicidal ideation and extreme challenging behaviours.
The young people are verbal and relatively independent but can require a high level of emotional and behavioural support, particularly during periods of significant distress or dysregulation.
This is a high‑intensity role where your ability to remain calm, make sound decisions and maintain professional boundaries can have a genuine impact on a young person’s life.
As an Advanced Behaviour Complex Coach, you’ll also be expected to lead through practice and model high standards on shift.
