Job summary

Vibe Care Agency in Dorchester is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist clients living in their own homes. You will provide 1-1 support and help with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, bathing and feeding.

Experience with cerebral palsy or non-verbal clients is a plus. The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, holiday accrual and a supportive office team; induction and ongoing updates are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people in home care settings.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (personal care, bathing, dressing).
• 1-1 support and shadow shifts prior to ongoing 1-1 duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 support to service users in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Support with cooking, shopping and light domestic tasks as required.

Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers for our client in Dorchester.

This role is supporting service users living in their own homes

If you enjoy crafting, going out and about for walks, shopping and cooking this role could be of interest.

Previous experience supporting people with cerebral palsy, who are profoundly disabled & non verbal would be an advantage. Support would be required with all aspects of personal care, hoisting, dressing, bathing & feeding etc.

Both service users require 1-1 support and shadow shifts would be offered with view to support these service users 1-1 after a while.

Pay Rates 13.15 - 14.00 ph
