Pay Rate: £32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Care Act assessments, carer assessments, reviews, and support planning.
• Make mental capacity and best interest decisions when needed.
• Lead safeguarding enquiries and collaborate with health, housing, and voluntary services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A recognised social work qualification (e.g., MA, BA, BSc, Diploma, CQSW).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.
• Understanding of legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car for client visits.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
