If you are a qualified Social Worker with experience working with Children & Families, this role might be for you. The dedicated team in Bristol is looking for an empathetic individual committed to caring for children and helping them lead safe, fulfilling lives.

Role Responsibilities include:

1. Safeguarding children at significant risk of harm, including risk assessment and management
2. Taking professional responsibility for decision-making
3. Providing effective social work services, including assessment, case planning, and reviews

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree
• Registration with Social Work England
• Knowledge of statutory frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices
• High determination, organizational skills, personal drive, energy, and ambition to meet targets and improve outcomes
• Strong assessment and case management skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment with tight deadlines
• Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months (on the update service) – fast track options available
