Job summary

Kneesworth Hospital, part of the Priory Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in a fixed-term role running until August 2027. The post requires HCPC registration and a Diploma in Occupational Therapy.

The service delivers tailored rehabilitation pathways in a purpose-built setting near Royston, Hertfordshire. Salary is £31,249-£38,040, full-time 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered in Occupational Therapy.
• Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored OT treatment plans to support patient recovery.
• Assess patient needs, deliver individual and group therapy, and maintain clinical records.
• Support, supervise and mentor junior OT team members.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.
• Promote occupational therapy services and contribute to service development.
• Build relationships with patients, families and carers to support rehabilitation.
