East Sussex County Council is seeking a Funding and Data Coordinator in the Employment and Skills Team to support ILR data and funding claims for Adult Learning programmes in Lewes, United Kingdom.
You will validate and submit ILR and other learner data, review data quality, and use reporting and forecasting to support performance monitoring and service improvement while collaborating with partners and the Adult Learning Data Officer.
Do you have experience of funding and data within adult learning or post-16 provision, including working with the Individualised Learner Record (ILR)? Are you keen to support Adult Learning programmes that help residents develop new skills and progress in work and learning? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Adult Learning Funding and Data Coordinator role in the Employment and Skills Team at East Sussex County Council.
As the Funding and Data Coordinator you will support the preparation, validation and submission of ILR and other learner and programme data, ensuring information is accurate, complete and compliant.
You will use systems and software tools to review and validate data, resolve errors and support funding claims and assurance activity. Through reporting, analysis and forecasting, you will support performance monitoring and informed decision-making while identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with colleagues and delivery partners, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of data quality across Adult Learning programmes, supporting funding, assurance and audit activities. You will also provide line management and support to the Adult Learning Data Officer.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension, subject to continued funding.
