East Sussex County Council in Hailsham is recruiting three dedicated support workers to join a new Supported Living service. You will help adults with learning disabilities to realise their potential, live life to the full, and develop independent skills in a person-centred environment.
Hours vary 15–37 per week with early/late shifts between 7:30am–10pm and some weekend work. Interviews take place in Eastbourne; DBS checks and a thorough induction are provided; sponsorship is not available.

We are a new Supported Living service in Hailsham, looking for 3 dedicated people to join us as support workers. Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability. You will help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independent skills and live their best life. The role is varied and no two days will be the same. Whether you have previous experience in the field or you are new to working with people with a learning disability, your life skills, great attitude and desire to support people to lead fulfilling lives is why we want to hear from you.
We are able to offer hours varying from 15-37 hours per week. Our service operates between 24 hours a day and your hours will be worked over a combination of early and late shifts between the hours of 7:30am-10pm with alternate weekend working.
