Norwich City College of Further and Higher Education is seeking a full-time lecturer for the Adult ESOL provision. You will teach adult learners, assess ESOL qualifications, and take on course leadership responsibilities within a small team.

The role includes two evening classes weekly, blended learning, and potential delivery of employability and digital skills modules. Ideal candidates will have a proven ESOL teaching track record, experience in curriculum development and quality assurance,

Qualifications

Proven track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment within ESOL.
Experience delivering high-quality student support, curriculum development and blended learning.

Responsabilités

Deliver ESOL qualifications (Ascentis and City & Guilds).
Teach, support learners and assess within ESOL.
Undertake course leadership responsibilities.
Undertake internal quality assurance.
Deliver two evening classes each week.
Deliver blended learning.
Provide high-quality student support.
Contribute to curriculum development and expansion of the ESOL offer.
May contribute to complementary programmes such as Employability Skills, Living and Working in the UK, Community Interpreting, Functional Skills Maths (Entry Level 1-3) and Basic Digital Skills.
Work collaboratively with a small team and across the wider curriculum area.
