Job summary

City College Norwich is seeking a full-time Lecturer to join its Adult ESOL provision. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding ESOL teaching, with experience of adult learners.

You will deliver Ascentis and City & Guilds ESOL qualifications and contribute to further programmes that support learners’ progression, including Employability Skills and Living and Working in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment in ESOL.
• Experience working with adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESOL qualifications (Ascentis and City & Guilds).
• Contribute to wider progression programmes such as Employability Skills and Living and Working in the UK.
• Lead and contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance in ESOL.
• Undertake course leadership and internal quality assurance responsibilities.
• Deliver two evening classes each week.
