Job summary

Inspire ATA is seeking Adult Care Workers to provide person-centred care across residential, domiciliary and other settings. You will support individuals with personal care, mobility and daily activities, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Role involves safeguarding, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with families and health professionals. Training and career development are provided through blended programmes with host clients.

Adult Care Workers can work across a range of settings including residential and nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, clinical settings, supported living and people's own homes. The role involves providing practical, emotional and social support based around the individual's needs, preferences and care plan.

Adult Care Workers help people achieve their personal goals, maintain their independence and stay safe, while working closely with families, colleagues and other health and social care professionals.
