Job summary

Lancesoft Europe in London is seeking a technically adept investigator to lead end-to-end analysis of complex Ads, Commerce, and Creator product issues. You will perform advanced data analysis, log interpretation, and debugging to uncover root causes and systemic patterns.

In this role you will triage high-severity escalations, partner with Engineering and Product to drive resolutions, analyze trends, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical clients while managing a portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in Digital Advertising or Technology.
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and autonomously prioritizing work.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting of client Advertising & Business technologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigation of the most complex, high-impact issues related to Ads, Commerce, and Creator products.
• Perform advanced data analysis, log interpretation, and systems-level debugging to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving Meta Advertising technologies and ecosystem (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).
• Own highest-severity escalations, collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution and influence roadmap.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and manage a portfolio of client escalations.
