Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking two Part-time Peer Network Coordinators (18.5 hours per week) in Lincoln. The role will develop a new peer support offer for adoptive families, working across multiple regions with a focus on lived experience.

A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with hybrid working arrangements and a pro rata salary of £26,847–£28,153 for part-time. Closing date: 27 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience as an adoptive parent to draw on lived experience.
• Ability to travel across the FAL region; full driving licence required.
• Confidence in building relationships and coordinating volunteers.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid/part-time arrangement with colleagues across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new peer support offer for adoptive families across the region.
• Collaborate with Family Adoption Links and Adoption East Midlands to coordinate a pan-regional approach.
• Engage with families to ensure accessible, relevant and meaningful peer support.
• Support and empower adoptive families by connecting them through networks.
