Job summary

Ubique Systems UK Limited is seeking an Adobe Target specialist to lead web personalization across its digital estate within the marketing technology team. You will connect marketing strategy with technical delivery, running personalization and testing across business units using Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, AEM, Real Time CDP).

You will define the personalization strategy and roadmap, lead architecture for Target implementations, and run structured testing programs (A/B and multivariate).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management or MarTech.
• 2+ years leading Adobe Target implementations.
• Hands-on Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation and behavior-based targeting.
• Experience delivering MarTech solutions with engineering and IT teams in an Agile setup.

About the role

One of our global B2B enterprise client is looking for an Adobe Target specialist to lead web personalization across its digital estate. The role sits in the marketing technology team and connects marketing strategy with technical delivery. You'll run personalization and testing across several business units using Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, AEM, Real Time CDP).

What you'll do

• Set the web personalization strategy and roadmap, and prioritise the use cases that add the most value.
• Lead the solution architecture for Adobe Target implementations across platforms.
• Run a structured testing programme: A/B and multivariate test planning, execution and analysis.
• Track KPIs to measure the impact of personalization and feed the results into the roadmap.
• Work with the UX, engineering, content, campaign and analytics teams to deliver personalization at scale.
• Support integration with Adobe Analytics, CDP and CRM systems.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in technical product management, MarTech or digital personalization.
• 2+ years leading Adobe Target implementations: architecture, configuration and running campaigns.
• Hands-on Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery and data-layer structures.
• A strong grasp of segmentation and behaviour-based targeting.
• Experience delivering MarTech solutions with engineering and IT teams in an Agile setup.
• Confidence working with senior marketing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Adobe Target Architect certification (strongly preferred)
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Real Time CDP
• Experience in a global B2B enterprise
• Knowledge of privacy and data governance in personalized marketing
