Job summary

Walbrook Institute London is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the full admissions cycle, ensuring policy compliance and a positive applicant experience. You will coordinate data in HubSpot and Quercus, handle enquiries, and work with multiple teams to meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Admissions with a UK university/institution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and reliability with process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full admissions process, verify documents and adhere to policies.
• Maintain applicant data in HubSpot and Quercus for enrolment readiness.
• Handle admissions enquiries within SLAs and provide excellent applicant experience.
• Coordinate with Sales, Enrolment, Student Support, Registry, and Faculty to optimise processes.
• Issue CAS in line with UKVI policies and ensure accuracy.
• Identify tech solutions to streamline admissions and monitor sector developments.
