About The Role and Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College, and we are seeking an experienced administrator and customer service professional to join us as an Admissions Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent and proactive admissions services to prospective students, ensuring a prompt and seamless transition from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role requires experience in administrative tasks, strong knowledge of IT (including Microsoft Office), and excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will play a key role in managing the College’s admissions processes amidst a fast-paced and varied workload. You will also be part of an ambitious and forward-thinking Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions department that prioritizes students.

During busy enrolment periods, some evening and weekend work may be required. Travel to other campuses may also be necessary.
