New College Swindon is seeking an Inclusive Learning Lecturer to support students with SEND on a fixed-term contract to November 2027. You will plan and deliver inclusive lessons, act as a personal tutor, and help develop personalised learning programmes.
You will work with Learning Support staff to create a positive, safe learning environment, assess progress and provide feedback, with 0.8 FTE and salary £26,400 - £35,580.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning team on a fixed-term contract until November 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes that empower students with SEND to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in education, employment and independent living.
Working as part of a highly supportive team, you'll deliver outstanding teaching, provide pastoral support and help create an inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued, challenged and inspired to achieve their ambitions.
Salary: £26,400 - £35,580 per annum (actual salary)
Full Time Equivalent (FTE): £33,000 - £44,475 per annum
Working Pattern: 0.8 FTE
Contract: Fixed-term until November 2027.
