Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from accessing the support they need to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems and processes following the merger, some roles may still be branded under 'Humankind'. Our recruitment systems will fully integrate next year.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You may be required to provide reception cover during absences, which will be discussed if needed.
