Job Description:

This is a remote role suitable for candidates from any location.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Russian-speaking Executive Assistant to support our CEO at AZ Real Estate, a boutique property advisory firm known for high standards and a personal approach.

This part-time position involves managing contacts, schedules, and communications, working closely with the CEO and team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to excellence. The role offers flexibility to work remotely for our London-based company.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support to the executive and team members
  • Manage correspondence, relay messages, and highlight urgent matters
  • Track and remind the executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Manage contacts and update CRM
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and send reminders
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Process invoices promptly
  • Assist with initial recruitment stages
  • Build strong working relationships within the team
  • Conduct research and prepare presentation materials as needed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Schedule:
