The company delivers high-quality residential landscaping projects across Surrey, Berkshire and London and is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative, bookkeeping and organisational support.
This is a varied position supporting the business owner and operational teams. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing competing priorities, responding to changing requirements and taking ownership of the many practical tasks that arise within a growing landscaping business.

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping the company's administrative and financial processes organised and up to date.
You will work closely with the business owner, acting as a reliable point of support across bookkeeping, purchasing, diary management, client communication, workforce administration and general office coordination.
The role requires someone who understands how an operational landscaping, grounds maintenance or construction business functions. You must be comfortable communicating with suppliers, site teams, subcontractors, clients and professional advisers.
No two days will be identical, so you will need to be practical, resourceful and willing to manage anything else that comes up.
Experience supporting a company director, managing payroll information, preparing quotations or assisting with tenders would be advantageous.
This is primarily a full-time position. However, the employer may consider a degree of flexibility around the working pattern for the right candidate.
Regardless of the agreed hours, the successful person must be available and working between 09:00 and 12:00, Monday to Friday, as this is a key period for communication with the owner, site teams, clients and suppliers.
Any flexible working arrangement will be discussed individually and will depend on the experience and availability of the applicant.
