The role emphasises strong leadership, client communication, and a proactive safety-conscious approach on site. A full UK driving license and relevant plant tickets are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fencing, patios, turfing, stone work, concrete, and block work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS certification.
• CPCS / NPORS for plant tickets, specifically Avant 630 and 5 tonne or lower digger.
