Sopra Steria in Newcastle is seeking a meticulous payroll and benefits administrator to join our Cards, Benefits & Expenses team. You’ll support service delivery for our client MPS, ensuring payroll-related benefits and schemes are processed accurately, on time, and in line with policy and legislation.
This permanent, full-time role is based from our Newcastle office with a hybrid setup, requiring two on-site days per week.

You’ll be joining the Cards, Benefits & Expenses team within Transformative Business Services, supporting service delivery for our client MPS. This is a fast‑paced administrative role where attention to detail is essential, and where you’ll play a key part in making sure payroll‑related benefits, expenses and schemes are processed accurately, on time and in line with policy and legislation.
