What you will be doing
  • It will be your responsibility to take accurate minutes and notes at confidential and sensitive meetings, ensuring that documents are produced to a high standard.
  • You will arrange meetings, liaise with partners and professionals, input accurately in computer systems and distribute minutes within given deadlines.
  • Providing administrative support to managers, you will ensure work carried out is efficient and procedures are effectively followed.
  • By ensuring your guidance is clear and concise, you will support customers with specific service processes and procedures, escalating specific concerns or queries if necessary.
  • You will accurately record, collate, and maintain records and analyse information to ensure accurate statements are produced and data is retrieved from computerised systems and interpreted.
What we need from you
  • It is essential you hold 3 GCSE's grade 4 or above including maths and English or have equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience in office administration.
  • We require you to take and type accurate minutes of meetings, with the skill to format documents to a high standard.
  • You will be able to prioritise your own workload, able to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Given the elements of this role, you will be able to use databases, run reports, analyse data and present your findings.
What you need to know
  • Your working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
  • This role is hybrid, with a mixture of working at our office in Yate and working from home.
  • Salary will be pro rated to hours worked.

Interviews will be held on 1st October 2026.
