Our Adult Social Care Reablement Service plays a key role in supporting adults across Gloucestershire who have care and support needs as a result of illness, disability, or changing life circumstances.
Our Team Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the service runs smoothly. By providing high-quality administrative support, they help colleagues deliver timely and effective support to the people who rely on our service.
We work in partnership with individuals to understand their goals and priorities, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes through practical interventions and effective support. This is a dynamic and evolving service with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The posts are based at Shire Hall in the centre of Gloucester. The team work in a hybrid way with a mix of office and home working. There is free off-site staff car parking when working in the office.
We are looking fortwo full-time Team Administrators to join our Adult Social Care Reablement Service.
As part of this busy and supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support, helping to ensure the service runs effectively.
Full training and support will be provided in these key areas.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment. You will also have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
