Job summary

AM Healthcare Group in Bramley is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage administrative processes across the patient journey, respond to enquiries, process orders, and provide administrative support to clinicians and operational teams.

You will maintain accurate records across company systems, monitor workflows and contribute to the efficient delivery of products and services in a busy, supportive environment.

  • Provide administrative support across Customer Services and Production functions.
  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and ensure fulfilment.
  • Monitor and manage inbound enquiries and direct requests to appropriate teams.
  • Prepare and process customer quotations for review and approval.
  • Raise and update purchase orders and release orders into production.
  • Maintain and monitor open orders and ensure accurate status tracking.
  • Ensure company systems and records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Process returned items and complete related administration.
  • Support general office administration and filing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our team in Bramley.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of our service and help deliver an excellent experience for our patients and customers.

Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play an important role in managing administrative processes across the patient journey. This will include responding to enquiries, supporting referral and appointment management, processing orders, handling patient telephone calls and providing administrative support to clinicians and operational teams.

You will also help maintain accurate records across company systems, monitor workflows and contribute to the efficient delivery of products and services.

Working Pattern

Full-time, 37 hours per week

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm (with 30-minute unpaid break)

Friday: 7:30am–12:30pm (early finish every Friday)

Key Responsibilities
