Job Title: Administrator- Asset Reliability Team
Location: South Coast, based within our patch in Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire; 2 office/sites and remaining work from home
Perm/FTC: Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs, Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £30K - Depending on skills and experience
Reporting to the Lead Performance Optimization Engineer, your role (internally known as Asset Reliability Administrator) will be integral in assisting with scheduling and calendar management for the wider reliability team, such as booking site appointments with stakeholders, booking training, and setting up and facilitating meetings.
Your daily activities will include organizing, filing, maintaining documents, proofreading, creating and editing reports, memos, presentations, and sending updates to stakeholders.
You will be inputting and maintaining data in spreadsheets, databases, or management software, producing reports, and ensuring coherent information management while maintaining confidentiality. You will also be responsible for booking team travel, accommodation, and purchasing equipment and PPE. Your attention to detail will support team audits on trackers, files, and folders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to review and update internal administrative processes for the Asset Reliability team.
