Job Title: Administrator - Asset Reliability Team

Location: South Coast, with options for Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire offices/sites and remote work

Permanent / FTC: Permanent

Hours: 37 hrs, Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £30K, depending on skills and experience

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Lead Performance Optimization Engineer, the Asset Reliability Administrator will assist with scheduling, calendar management, booking site appointments, training, and facilitating meetings. Responsibilities include organizing documents, proofreading, creating reports, memos, presentations, managing stakeholder updates, maintaining data in spreadsheets and databases, and supporting team audits. You will also handle travel arrangements, equipment, PPE purchases, and may review and improve internal administrative processes.
