Job Title: Administrator - Asset Reliability Team

Location: South Coast (Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire) - 2 office/sites and remote work options

Perm/FTC: Permanent

Hours: 37 hrs, Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £30K, depending on skills and experience

Reporting to the Lead Performance Optimization Engineer, your role (internally known as Asset Reliability Administrator) will involve scheduling, calendar management, booking appointments, training, and facilitating meetings.

Your daily activities include organizing, filing, maintaining documents, proofreading, creating/editing reports, memos, presentations, and updating stakeholders.

You will manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or management software, produce reports, and ensure information integrity and confidentiality. Responsibilities also include booking travel, accommodation, equipment, PPE, supporting team audits, and reviewing administrative processes for continuous improvement.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  1. Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  2. Experience in stakeholder engagement
  3. Flexible approach and engaging personal style
  4. Excellent planning and organizational skills
  5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  6. Proficiency with Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  7. Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
