Job Title: Administrator- Asset Reliability Team

Location: South Coast, based within Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire; 2 office/sites, remaining work from home

Perm/FTC: Permanent

Hours: 37 hrs, Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £30K, depending on skills and experience

Reporting to Lead Performance Optimization Engineer, your role (internally known as Asset Reliability Administrator) will involve scheduling and calendar management for the reliability team, booking site appointments, training, and facilitating meetings.

Your daily activities include organizing, filing, maintaining documents, proofreading, creating/editing reports, memos, presentations, and updating stakeholders.

You will input and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or management software, produce reports, and ensure coherent information management while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities also include booking travel, accommodation, and purchasing equipment and PPE. You will support team audits and have opportunities to review and improve internal administrative processes.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Flexible work approach with an engaging style
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
