Job summary

Socotec UK & Ireland is seeking an organised Administrator to support the Air & Emissions business unit with essential administrative and operational duties. You will assist with project and client accounts, help implement a new CRM system, and ensure processes run smoothly and accurately across the business.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient IT skills – particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing of completed projects
• Quotation renewals for existing clients
• Assisting with obtaining Purchase Orders, account forms etc…from Clients
• Collating month end sales & invoicing sheets
• Assist with implementation and rollout of New CRM system including data admin which is due for roll out late 2026/Early 2027
• Maintaining accurate client and company records with internal systems
• Provide general operations & office support
• Any other tasks reasonably expected by the employer

We are seeking a proactive, reliable and flexible Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support across the business, helping to ensure projects, client accounts and internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues and clients across the business, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the effective delivery of our internal processes.

The role will also involve supporting the implementation and rollout of our new CRM system, including data administration, while providing general operational and office support to the wider team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple administrative priorities. You will have a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients across the business.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
