We are looking to recruit enthusiastic school Administrator who shares our vision and aspirations for the young people.

Who we are: The Mews School is an independent school in the county of Shropshire, we provide education for students aged 11-18 who have suffered trauma enabling them to realise their potential and through personalised support, achieve their goals.
Darwin School is an independent school in the county of Shropshire, we provide education for students aged 8 to 18 who have suffered trauma enabling them to realise their potential and through personalised support, achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a receptionist, front of office representative or similar role.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Experience of using a range of office IT packages e.g.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Key duties: To maintain and foster good relations with staff, young people, members of the public and professionals from other agencies.
To carry out a range of confidential administrative functions under the direction of the Head Teacher.
To oversee good health & safety and security of the reception, offices and buildings.
To provide all aspects of administration support as required.
To manage visitors and handle calls within the site.
