Job summary

Tabley House Nursing Home in Cheshire is seeking a part-time Administrator to support the smooth running of services for residents. The role runs 22.5 hours per week (9.00am–5.00pm), based on site in Knutsford. Salary is pro rata at £17,421.28 per year for 22.5 hours.

You will provide admin support, prepare reports, manage files and assist the team to ensure efficient operation. DBS checks are required for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care environments is preferred.
• Organised and confident administrative professional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office套件（Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access）.

• Provide a high standard of organisational and administrative support.
• Prepare reports and other written materials to a high standard.
• Keep files and records as required; support the administration team.

Your Day-to-Day...

• Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
• Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
• Keep files & records as required
• Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
• Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner

You are...

• An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
• Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
• Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
• A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
