Bupa UK in London is seeking an Administrator to provide frontline reception and back‑office support, ensuring our patients receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. You will manage paperwork, prepare charts, scan documents, answer calls and emails, and assist clinical staff to keep the clinic running smoothly and accurately.
Shifts include early and late times on a five‑day week rota with occasional Saturday overtime.

Working Pattern: This role operates on a rota basis. Successful candidates must be able to work both 07:30 to 16:45 and 09:45 to 18:45 shifts. The position is worked over five days per week, with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays.
